Why did I reveive a reminder?

Once in a while everyone loses an invoice.

When it comes to reminders this is our policy:

  • First reminder is always free of charge
  • Starting with the second reminder charges are 2€ each
  • If you fail to pay your invoice within 14 days after the second notice we need to block your account provisionally
  • If you think your account was blocked unjustified we are happy to take your complaint via 0800 555 64 45 or reminder@telmo.com
