How can I activate a VAT-statement for my invoice?

If you need an invoice with VAT-statement:

• In your personal account please activate under "Settings" the option "VAT-statement"
• Your VAT-statement will be provided via e-mail or by post
• You can order your VAT-statement via 0800 555 334 5 or via [e-mail]
